Single sessions*

Will be evaluated according to demands upon client’s fitness.

 

10 sessions*

If you are a gym user, and have a good level of fitness, I recommend a 10 session twice a week.

I will also develop a programme for you to complete on your own.

 

20 sessions*

To gain maximum results a six-week programme of 3 sessions per week.

 

*Within this time you will be taught how to exercise safely and correctly, and be advised with a nutrition plan to guide your overall fitness levels.

 

 

One Session is £65 and last 60 minutes.
